awwww hope ur OK nics, its fooking orrible when u fall on yer arse, espesh when you bang that bone at the bottom of back, kinda in between ur arse cheeks, it always makes me feel physically sick and it makes me go dizzy...you will have to get some of the holding on things to stop ya from falling-lol. when we moved to our new house it was a shower made for a disabled person (so she cud wheel herself in and out of it) it was massive, i was fuct this one time and needed a shower and i cudnt b arsed to stand up i really didnt want to, so i got a plastic garden chair, put it int shower n sat on an had a shower, it wer cool as fook. lazy but cool
