I would have thought it a bit tricky really, with a so called 'democratic' west which in Europe doesnt have the death penalty on principle, making sure somebody is given the death sentance in a farcical show trial which neednt have been done if they had just shot the bastard in that barn floor they found him in and just said he resisted capture. lol.

Theres a lot of fireworks going off in my town tonight, and I cant think of any other reason for fireworks today (unless some local chav muppet thinks its new years already, or Eid is today and not on NYE as I thought), so if the fireworks are for that, some must be happy about it, but I bet others are deeply unhappy also.

Doest alter the fact we're all fooking doomed at the end of the day, regardless.

Had to give him a fair trial before deciding what to do with him though didn't they, which is what took so long.

Can't say that I'm sorry he's been hanged. He wasn't exactly the nicest guy, and he had done some pretty horrendeous things, but at the same time I can't help feeling that he was slightly cheated. I mean, we invaded Iraq because he was a threat to the entire world with all his WMD's, which we've since discovered to have been a total lie. He had no WMD's and wasn't a threat, so it's a bit tight that he ended up getting captured in a war that shouldn't really have happened.

But, regardless of how it all came about, he's paid the price for what he did in the past. You can't gas your own people and expect to get away with it.

I was feeling a little bit odd about this when i saw it on the news this morning but then thinking back to what he did he totally deserves it and more!
