I had one for a long time but eventually got sick of spending money I didn't have on things I didn't need. Finished paying it off at the start of the summer and then cancelled it. Don't plan on getting another.

Used to kid myself thinking it was great to have for "emergancies" but I figured it's better just to save a bit of cash and not spend it, in case of "emergancies"

I heard a stand up comic on the radio the other day taking the mick out of those finance companies on the Tv.

Some woman on the advert says "We borrowed £25,000 from Norton Finance to pay off our existing debts - and had enough money left over to buy a new car!"

Enough money left over? It someone elses cash!!

Just bang it on the card eh . Im so glad Im fortunate enough not to be in this trap.

The whole economy seems to be based on money we don t have, yet we can still afford to give millions of our pounds to Pakistani Schools, build Hungary's underground system and tarmac Latvian roads, fight wars allover the world as we watch the enemies walk in through our front door......

I wish I was into finance, its not something I know about at all......but it seems very odd to me.

I have a cheque book and switch card (debit card siruis, just in case you didn't know lol, j/k)

I couldn't be arsed gettin a credit card for anything.... the ONLY reason I would consider it would be to build up my credit rating..... so if I needed to get a loan for say something to do with my house then I could get one with lower interest. The way to do tat though would be to buy somet like petrol with your credit card and as soon as you get home, pay it off.

I'm pretty good with money tho so I don't really need to worry about that sh1t!

Cheers for the offer m8
Affraid this another im sitting out. If i 'wanted' Christmas with the family this was one i had to miss (if you get my drift lol )
As for our winning streak, im not too worried to be honest. The fact that we are where we are is just simply unbelievable so if we lose a few it doesnt hurt (as mad as it sounds lol). Hows our man Liam Chilvers doing with you? Rocky was a good player for us, he'll be gutted when we get promoted and you dont lol.

credit cards are BAD

If u really do need a loan, you can cut out the middleman so to speak i.e don't deal with the evil banks, try here....

Good little pub the Griffin.
Proper football pub too, as it is in walking distance of both the KC and the old boothferry park.

Our trip to leeds is our annual cup final.

Aye i get that feeling from there too. Loads of hull posters up and big screen tv's etc. Heard a few negative things about it too but will make uo my own mind i suppose.

As for "your cup final" it might just be the nail in "our" coffin
