Be interested to know how long this actually takes you ...i'd guess at a bit longer than that The M6 is a bitch, especially on a Friday

arrgh thats some journey, bless him... thank fook its not a heatwave like last week!

I know it used to take me about 5 hours to cornwall from Leicester (ok granted, i go down further than where he lives i think, but even so) , takes me approx 45mins -an hour from Leics to Brum , then 1.5-2 hours to get to yours from birmingham..so i was thinking , when he said... 5 hours tops?...yeah right!!

oh well, he's there now, safe and sound, thats all that matters!
nightmare if he'd been properly lost with no battery though

Thanks for all your concern,

yes up here safe and well,

gutted when 20mins into my journey that my mob died and no1 has a charger up here,

if is wasn't for the sat nav id never got ere!

i left at 3.30pm and got there at 8pm

4 and half hours and yes TC the M6 is a bitch,!!

Also had VA taking to me about every italo choon on earth till 4.30am, i was proper fooked!!!

now i am ready to hit the town and dance my tits off, oi oi!!!

still... you made it in the end, thank God you had sat nav though, imagine what a nightmare that couldve been dont you think to charge your phone before long journeys Son What phone you got that no-ones got a charger for?

Its the journey back thats worse.. feeling like hell and stuck on motorways *shudders*.
