reasons for joining OSA.......

i used to be on the old 'mixmag' forum then it started to die a death (just like the mag! )
joined osa mainly for the tune id bit (before it was a separate site)
the term fly & shit comes to mind! lol!

found this site browsin for oldskool tunes! first came on here when u had to click the oldskoolanthemz logo to get into the site - once in i goto listen to all the streamed mixes and stuff! was wikid! all them bowlers and maximes mixes were top - some of them maximes mixes need re upping in the mixes sectin butty! they were the bizz! dont think i ever went on the forum back then... then one day it was all different when i loged on to osa - i reg'd on the forum and have loved it ever since - the site has gone from strength to strength and there are some mint ppl about on here! keep up the good work butty and co!

I was trying to find a particular record to buy and it was so obscure that OSA was one of about 3 or 4 sites that Google could find with any mention of it. I clicked on OSA and thought i'd better bookmark it, because it seemed pretty amazing that people where still talking about the tunes and nights from all those years back

I then forgot about the site for a few months as my head was somewhere else. But one day I was looking through my bookmarks and wondered what OSA was, so I clicked on it again and thought i'd better join up and get posting

I think the reason I carried on posting though was because here there where people bothered enough to reply to just another noob which is why most other sites suck in my opinion because they're the exact opposite

Regged in around summer 2000 ish around the time of my lads birth, then the site went sorta tits up taking me down 700+ posts at the time lol.
Was reg'ed on anthems.com as well at the same time, got talking to people like doolz,mou5e,mikeee and oldskooldazed(al) who used to play tunes and mixes out on paltalk keeping the f9 key pressed (remember that?).

I started cumin out a couple of years ago with helen and sj at an osa xmas bash at denvers (god seems so long ago! ) and i remember nickin someone elses badge called looby. and everyone was cumin up to me sayin "ooh u off the board". and i was thinkin 'what the fuck they all goin on about, the board??!?'

it was so nice to meet such a nice bunch of people!
