would you use their name or success to gain yourself a bit of status?

i know its a dog eat dog world and we all wana better ourselves and get somewhere in life and to me the easier the better but to be honest i couldnt go along in somebody elses bubble living their dream, id rather live my own!!

i misinterpreted this obviously... i thought you were talking about like if you was in a relly with someone & they made it rly big & loads of cash etc. would you feel right that you could live off them or would you feel like you had to be financially independent...
