Dream number

Right, just popped down the shop to get my lottery ticket and there's this new thing called "Dream Number" that's started.

It prints a 7-digit number on the bottom of the ticket, regardless of weather you want to play or not - which is a quid to play.

Prizes are:

£2 for first digit
£10 for first two digits
£100 for first three digits
£500 for first four digits
£5000 for first five digits
£50,000 for first six digits
£500,000 for all six digits

Now this to me is a joke, for two reasons:

Firstly, it states that the odds of getting the first digit is "approx. 1 in 12" Bollocks. It's EXACTLY 1 in 10.

Second, your chance of winning a tenner would then be 1 in 100, which is shit when you think that the odds of winning a tenner on the Lotto are 1 in 52.

I know how I'd rather spend my pound.

About as pointless as the Lotto Extra really. Why anyone would buy a ticket where the only prize is the jackpot is beyond me.....

I meant I'd rather spend an extra quid on a normal Lotto ticket where I had a better chance of winnint something.

LOL, I bet you'd spend it on a new pair of marrigolds!

Think i'd stick to the regular lottery, or spend it on a jumbo pack of Kit Kat's or some other chocolate biscuits on special offer for 99p

I don't really play the lottery. I'm 18 and have played it about 3 times since bein able to play two years ago.....

TBH it confuses me, there'sn so many and I'd probably pick the wrong one!!!

I have better things to do with my time and spend my money on to get obsessed with tryin to win the lotto!!!
