Waiting in for People
How frustrating is it?!

Ive been sat here waiting for the NTL man to come to Paulys house all bloody morning and theres no sign of him yet

The time given was between 9am and 1pm, whats the betting he comes at 12.55pm or even worse when I nipped to the shop for 5 mins, he came then, ignored my 'back in 5 mins' note and f*cked off

Ohh dear..

I waited 3 times for that shower of Sh**e to arrive and when they did finnaly turn up they botched it all up and left me without tinternet or telly for a week !! (i had to learn to wire them back up myself!! )

THEN....... I got a bill for £90 even though i hadnt been connected

NTL Suck

Sorry about the rant love, hope ya have more luck than me

What the hell are you going with NTL for?????? They are COMPLETE DOG SHIT! the worst customer service, and customer support I have EVER encountered!!!! Serious. They don't want to give you a good service...they want ur money..that is it!!!!!

When u wanna fone up coz there is a fault....it takes 40 minutes and seven people to NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO! As soon as you wanna pay ur bill, they answer in seconds, and it's a swift as a cut from a knife!


NTL ARE SHIT....I HOPE THEY ALL DIE!

i hear you!! we had to set up a little "ntl are shite service" at the halifax because the took soooo much unauthorised debits from peoples accounts and ntl just said your bank has to sort it out!! on guy came in and they owed him over £500, i hate ntl and would never ever go with them....

the young girl is prob there to try and upgrade your existing package...robbing b**tards!!

Oh yeh...and they "convieniently" lost a letter I sent them from my bank...for BANK CHARGES THAT THEY GAVE ME AFTER i TOLD THEM NOT TO TAKE A DIRECT DEBIT!!!they did it anyway!!!

I was just sayimg to myself t'other day the there semmed to be loads of NTL debits going out of my account!! I hate NTL and all they stand for after the hours i have spent on the phone to the 'not much helpdesk!!

And another thing.........................i took the morning off work to wait in for them, they said between 8 - 1, i was just storming out at quater past 1 well pissed off and the fella turned up!!!
