Not like NTL! They have even been in the news for shit customer service. Poorly trained staff, baddly communicating between departments. They have had several watchdog companies on their back.


The company has expanded too fast to be efficient...and will soon fuck up in my eyes.

I've dealt with alot of companies...big corporations etc...NTL is by far and away the worst!!!!

I worked for them last year (in Sales) and they were ok compared to British Gas, Cellnet, Barclaycard and various others which always get mentioned on Watchdog. All big companies are shit to work for and treat thier customers like shit. Its just the way it is
All they focus on are call volumes and other un-important figures. Each team manager has their own agendas and will stop at nothing to be-little others in thier quest to become slaves to the company and make others rich whilst being conned into thinking they are being noticed.
