don't get me started on o2 they are the worst company ever to deal with & as long as I live I'll never ever go back to them

I was on orange but changed to t-mobile this yr cos orange wouldn't give me the deal I wanted, so far so good with t-mobile tho

I am with O2 on contract and have been with them now for three years .

tbh I dont really have any probs with O2 - i must just be lucky and its been a long long time since I had to speak to them, when i phoned them a few months ago about my contract I got a free nokia N70 and more mins to my contract for no extra money a month so i was happy with that. So long as I get a good text and talk time package with a free phone each year im happy. plus the N70 is a brill phone. Last year they gave me a samsung D500 which i liked a lot.
So far so good for me with O2

I would never go PAYG anymore I cant be doing with all this talktime top up stuff.........id never have any money on the darn thing so with a contract it suits my lifestyle much better.

As my son has recently got so called credit from the o2 genie Now i wanted to clarify what this was because i wondered where he got his money from for this extra credit If u know what i mean. I have,nt accused him of pinching or anything until i find out what it is. I thought it was too good to be true to get free credit or texts Any clues

Dont worry the o2 genie sim is where u top up £10 every month& recieve 300 texts, quite a good deal, but i aint got this, as i dont wanna change my number!
Dont worry i doubt he's stealing, he dont need to cos its such a good deal!
