| I was in a car crash last night... Just a reminder to everyone... Please, please be carefull on the road!!! I was getting a lift home last night from work of a friend. The rain was pelting down. We drove over saddleworth moors. My friend (who was driving a little too fast, and likes to pelt round corners too fast) bombed it round this hair pin bend up a hill. The car was a rear wheel drive bmw beat of a car. He took the corner, and lost it. The car smashed into a dry stone wall. The car is now a write off...completely mangled. I'm fine, good seat-belt wearage. LOL...all I said in the silence the few seconds after the crash was "No way, that was well trippy" lolol. But with this in mind, and that young boy who died today after some young lads drove into him....take it easy guys!!!! Maybe you're a good driver, but not everyone on the road is are they???

| Good to know you're alright Lozzie, been in a few myself (even one including 3 cows), no matter how good a driver people think they are, there's always the risk of the other driver.

| Shit Loz...glad to hear your ok dear. ive been in a bad car crash myself about 15 year ago, and was very lucky when my side of the car(on its roof at the time) missed a tree by around 10cm if that, what realy freaked me out was that a week later my girlfriend and two of her friends where in a head on colision, and hit the same tree that me and my friend missed...they where all killed on impact....i never got back in a car for almost 4 years. Life is a really short lived plessure, and it realy makes you value it when somthing like that happens Hope you and your friend are ok.

| glad to know youare ok Loz... My girlfriend had a car crash last year. A head clission with a drunk driver. 2 cardiac arrests in the ambulance... finally she survived thank god... We take life for granted yet in these moments we realise how fragile it is...

| glad ur ok loz  thats the main thing! Ive been in a couple of fiflthy crashes and they really shake you up!but ur right i must admit ive been taking a lot more caution in the last year or so, i used to blat it about everywhere but im starting to pay a bit more attention to how fast im going, I do still have a bit of a concrete right foot tho

| crikey - glad to hear that you are ok Lozzie - its seems you have been very lucky. Maybe this will teach your friend to be a better and more considerate driver, he should look upon it that he didnt kill or seriously injure you both, you are both really lucky. Cars can be fixed, people arnt usually that lucky. Still your ok and that is what matters.

Whats weird is someone ran in the back of me yesterday too  Then got out of his car and said 'its ok its ok, appeared to b an asylum seeker or sommat as he spoke very little english, I said 'no, no, its not ok', he said yes is ok... then drove off, got his reg though, Me n my crew mate are now off work with whiplash And he's in deep shit as he buggered off (query that he has a license)Anyhow glad ur ok.....always wear a seat belt. Went to a very bad rta once the car was cut it half by a tree and the back off car was crushed in the tree, the left hand side of car took whole impact of tree and the only survivor was on the right, the only one to have his belt on, although he lost a leg and three of his mates (who wore no belts). At the scene there was bottle of jim bean and evidence of smokin weed. The driver was full of smack from the p.m, it was the worst i have ever attended It just goes to show though, eh...
