soooooo many to choose from
I love all my piano tunes but the two sat on my decks waiting for somet to spill on them (joking guys!) are elevation 4th - walking and power zone - addicted to love...so they're my faves at the moment

OK maybe usura has a bontempi organ in it instead of a piano, but it's close enough!

My all time fave piano tune is Laura Palmer feat Twin Peaks Killer - In The Mix. The piano riff in it is un-fucking-beatable.
