jus wonderin if n e 1 has n e network timeout errors when listenin to mixes on the site?? there on new servers now so was jus wonderin what there like

Sorry for being the giver of bad news, but last night I was getting timeouts evertime (nipper mix). I am going to try them out again tonite...........Perhaps it was just me, i dont know -and i must admit I was downloading some files from somewhere at the same time!. Does this affect it?. My connection is a measly 56k modem and the file dl speed usually floats about 1.2 kbps.

Ill see how I go on.........

yeah mate file d/loads will prolly b the reason y it was goin pear coz it nicks the bandwith n 56k's dont have a hell of a lot to play with - im normally alright browsin the board n listenin to the mixes (which is all that matters innit )

I've never been able to get the mixes to work m8, at the momemnt I'm getting a general error:

It is possible that some of the stuff I've got running here is interfering though.

also try turnin ya firewall off n tryin then could b a port that the streams tryin 2 come thru that yer firewall is blockin maybe??

Possibly m8 I'm running Real one at the mo, but I ain't turning down my firewall for anything - I get 1500-2000 attacks a day at the moment!

Such are the perils of having NTL and a static IP!

If it's just me that gets this message it probably means the problems at my end.

most of them attacks mate will b nothin - firewalls say n e thin is a attack when normally its just the network/sites/different proggies tryin 2 talk on different ports. the ports to look out for r ones that the trojans use, i have a list of the ports most trojans use if ya want it mate

Errrm, gettin the same message as yesterday Im afraid - this time Im not dl-ing anything else......

Is there sommet at my end? It has worked alright in the past, apart bfrom that bloody buffering business, but that cant be helped.
