going to the gym

does anyone know how i can make this necessary yet extremely tedious act become less wel....tedious??
i need to go to the gym, loads, i need to. or i have to give up food haha.

but i find it so borin, and i always after bout half an hour, lose motivaton and go home, which is not doin me any good really.

anyone got any suggestions???

What kinda trcky you got there, hope its a nice vintage Adidas (there ws a lovely dog shit brown and red one a few weeks back)- i am after a smart Adidas gym bag offa ebay but they always go for too much.

I am the same, i have to really drag myself there but once i am in i love it. I find it makes me 'behave' for the rest of the day as well, plus it gives me bags of energy. Do you take an mp3 player or owt Jen- i always find music makes me push myself that bit harder. Plus i do the bits that reck the most first, eg, crosstrainer and steppy thingy- and leave the resistance shit till last as i like that and its something to look forward to.

since the gym is literally over the road from my flat, its not the gettin me there that matters, its the keeping me there. i usually run on the treadmill for 20 mins or so, then i go on the bike, then the orwer, but then i get well bored and jus wanna go home, once the motivation goes, it kills it lol.

i jus need somethin interestin to go for.

i have tried takin the mp3 player, and it does make me feel a little better, but then, not so much.

it does make me feel a lot better when i go, adn although i know i am gonna go today, its jus i'm not lookin forward to it, not that i dont wanna go, but its jus nothin special u know.

if it wasnt such a ballache to get into town, i could go to the leisure centre and do some classes or summat, that'd b better i used to do them in manchetser, but the buses run at dead odd times here
have been doin a lot of walkin, which i prefer, as its leisurely, and round here, the landscape is lovely, but i get worried bout goin walkin on my own its very woodlandy. i wouldnt mind goin joggin around campus, but cant for the same reason, i get scared wimp eh?? lol

lol, i do think u would look good on a runnin machine, i could never imagine u on one tho ya know. if i ever saw u in the gym, i'd lose so much weight from the shock......go to the gym butty lol

I have just a cheap one and Nike trainers.
Forgetting I had it on I popped in the post office and a few shops before going to the gym the other day.
I was a Chav for the morning. I ended up scrounging cigs off students and stuff.
