the Gyms a bloody rip-off if you ask me, unless you use it loads to get your moneys worth anyway

I used to use the one at work, which was for us to use at the princely sum of about £1 per week plus it had sunbeds / sauna's etc.. too so couldnt complain there. However, since I transferred over to Brum I've not used the one in the new place yet *ahem*. I dont enjoy it to be fair , plus I'm bordering on hatred for my job sometimes so cant wait to get out rather than hang around the place, even if I'm not working.

The exercise I do that I like is good old fashioned cycling. Actually enjoy getting my bike out, whacking my headphones in for some tunes and getting out there , its more interesting as youve got stuff to look at / occupy you as you tour around. Will definitely be back into that come summer, makes the weight drop off me too, yay.
Thing is, this year it will be different as where I'm from in Leicester is all picturesque little villages / dead countryside-ish so its a dead nice bike ride. Will be a bit more restricted now im living in a big City like Birmingham. Can just picture me slogging around Spaghetti Junction, lol and going "Hmm.. nice tower block, nice industrial estate, nice traffic jam, nice tower block"

When I'm a cyclist, I hate motorists. When I'm a driver, I hate cyclists.

Must admit I'm a bit wary of the roads round here now, theyre so busy and theres so many dual carriageways etc.. its too manic Grotty scenery too.
It was dead nice before, being out surrounded by greenery , maybe only seeing the odd car, animals in the fields being the only other sign of life, warbling away to your tunes and knowing no-one can hear ya, with the sun blazing down. Dead therapeutic IMO

have to admit, it sounds awesome, and there is a lot of greenery round here, but gettin me tunes on would b hard, as i'd not b able to hear the cars
