Whilst I admire a good bit of artistic graffiti now and again, simple tagging gets on my tits lol.

Havent had much involvement in Graffiti since about 1991 lol, so to say Im a bit rusty on new why;s and wherefores is an understatement.

Isnt tagging to do with territory, laying claim and showing presence in an area?. Like perhaps the stamping ground for a particular "crew".

In the right places, graffiti is okay, for example under motorway arches etc, but in my old age Ive come to see it a bit more as urban sprawl decay and tagging as being an eyesore. lol. Somebody daubs a semi legible scribble in white marker on a loading bay door, wow, isnt that great .

Depending where you live Jordan, it may possibly be in urdu LOL, a sign for certain peeps in the know to get the hell out of there before they come a cropper.

I dunno. Good question though.

It was only yesterday when I was in Urban Outfitters, and there was a book opn graffiti. Some of it was AMAZING!!! I totally appreciate good graffiti as art. Rusty deralict buildings with an amazing peice of work all over it makes me smile. I do however hate "Tyrone was eya 96!" Pointless.

I have no qualms over it at all.

I used to have Subway Art, but I can't remember what i've done with it

I got a cracking magazine in Italy too a few years ago called Aero (or something) which showcased a lot of European artists - mainly Spanish and Italian, but the odd Brit too

I love it when it's done by a talented graff artist
