I can just about handle cheese omlettes and if pushed a poached or scrambled......tomatoes are okay if sliced thinly and accompanied by vast amounts of grated cheese and lettuice....but yeah, mushrooms are not right, and seafood is the food of satan himself.

hmmn...let me see, a nice pork chop or a bit of cod.....or some freaky looking mutant lifeform that lives on shit on the seabed....really tricky decision there! The thought of eating prawns and crustasions makes me wanna chunder, neverming going near them, and only in my worst nightmares put some god forsaken seafood thing in my mouth.

Im freaked out now. Mummy!

Sirius.

Poached Eggs are the daddy

My tip for a good recipe with poahed egg

Smoked salmon with poahed egg, fresh tarragon and olive oil dressing

1 one bag of mixed salad leafs
2 one bag of fresh rockette
3 a sprig of fresh tarragon
4 a tabble spoon of Italian coastal olive oil
5 One fillet of smoked salmon
6 one poached egg
7 A small pack of herbed crutons
8 a pinch of sea salt
9 a pinch of freshley cracked black pepper

Method

1 take a handfull of rockette, and a handfull of mixed salad leafs, and mix them together in a bowl

2 ut the smoked salmon into lardons (thin slices) and add to the salad, mix well

3 warm up a tablespoon of the olive oil, with the tarragon in a small pan...just till it warms, and infuses the flavour of the tarragon

4 mix together with the salad leafs

5 Poach an egg in simmering water for two minutes, (quick tip) add a teaspoon of vinegar to the poaching water, this will stop the egg from seperating

6 mix in the crutons to the salad, and arange in the center of a plate

7 Place the poached egg on top of the salad, (when you break the yolk, it will act as a dressing for the salad)

8 sprinckle the egg with the salt and pepper

9 garnish the plate with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and a sprig of fresh tarragon

Hey presto.....the best salad you will ever taste

Chef Jaxxy lol

scrambled eggs with bit of cheese melted in, pinch of salt and some sweet chilli sauce.......absolutely beautiful....

Yeah, it lives in the sea.......but in my reckoning, it aint "seafood" in the labelled sense.

For example, fish is okay....but I dont fancy sticking these in my mouth:

or squids, eels, cockles and mussels, crabs, oysters, and all that -

Sirius.
