It sounds like a good deal to me?

Anybody else joined one?
I'm a member at JJB Fitness (one near Trafford Centre) and I pay £34.50. It's a decent gym and I love the pool and sauna etc.

Sounds like a pretty good deal. I get my membership on a corporate friends and family scheme. That's even cheaper than what you've quoted - but still yours sounds very good considering what they are offering.
Mind you, you've got to use it a fair bit. I'm up there about 3 times a week meself, so it's worth it.

Still... you should see if you know anyone who can get you a discount

I was told that Wigan's is cheaper (although only slightly) than all the others because it's meant to be a thank you for all the support Whelen's recieved from Wiganers - with him being a Wiganer and loving the town so much

I think the corporate membership is 25 quid pm, but it's not available to friends of the workers at the corporations that have the special deal. So i'm told anyway!
