i dunno, sometimes i get a little carried away, but I'm always happy to ramble on about stuff if anyone is mad enough to listen lol

i just say things as i see it, if people can see some sense in that, then cool, just take from it wat u wish.

well i appreaciated it col and the all the kind words, pm's and phonecalls.
alot of my time i feel i have no-one to talk to and keep things bottled up inside just making matters worse. there are people out there whom i have never met but can give a few minutes of time to help cheer someone up and that within itself is something speacial. the offers of a break away made me smile and think that for every bad person or thing there is an equal or an opposite that can make things right or change the way of thinking/living to a better one and having so many varied people on here of all ages and backgrounds only helped from wise words to making me laugh and trying to give me a different outlook to the one i have.

well one thing has improved and that is me on the inside and thats only because of you guys....

i still have shit to deal with but at least i know i can talk and listen and dont have to keep it inside til it erupts in one horrible mess.

I've found some quality people on here who have helped me through some of the worst times in my life and I wouldn't be here today if it weren't for them Hang on in there and things will improve I'm sure.
