Cracking first half got a bit boring beggining of the second but i have to note how many reds were injured 'AGAIN' ..... DIRTY

Was a good win for us - the atmosphere inside the ground and attitude of the players was completely different from the pitiful blackburn match midweek. But find it so frustrating the inconsistency.
Think even though we're closing the gap, with the all the injuries we've picked up & the ridiculous challenge & therefore 3match ban for Baros means we're going to be screwed for the run in now tho

tend to agree m8, but it's not over till it's over and everton have definately got the more difficult run in, we could just manage to scrape it right at the end.

Did have a chuckle at that Vicar who's church is next door to Goodison. He's always dragged onto Granada Reports for a comment or two around Derby time.

This time he was on Sly Sports News being asked his opinion on the outcome. He mentioned that there were both Liverpool and Everton fans in his congregation so he didn't want to appear biased - so he said he didn't care who beat Liverpool. LOL

Nice win. (Sorry Mick ). I still think Everton will edge it, but having said that I'm about a good a tipster as Mark Lawrenson so we'll prolly end up winning the Premiership now - watch out Chelsea...

Thought the Ref was a pile of S***e , Baros should of been sent off , but some of their challenges didnt even get carded! Anyway Im happy....Its all quiet on the Blue-nose front....

we were beaten fair and square in the first half which lost us the game......what surprized me was the reaction of the liverpool fans at the end....like they had just won their cup final...reminded me of a few years ago when we were the under dogs and won
if someone said at the start of the season that we would lose at anfield in march but still be 4 points ahead of them "let's see how many badges i can wear on one jacket koppite bassards" i would not have believed them....
i'd be happy with a place in the uefa cup ....but who knows.... if not 4th place..... come on bolton
