Trapped nerve?

Has anyone off here ever trapped a nerve? The thing is i was playing football last night and i cant remember banging my arm and even if i did i didnt feel anything. But this morning i got woken up with severe pain in my elbow especially in the area of where my funny bone is. Its now killing and it hurts like hell when moving my arm around. I rekon i might of just banged my funny bone bad but ive never felt pain in my arm like this before

I get a trapped nerve between my shoulder blades regularly...it hurts like hell!!!

unfortunately there isnt much u can do for it......you can take neurofen and paracetamol in conjunction with each other for the pain if its that bad!!

but be sure that is what it is hun and nothing more drastic like a chipped bone or summat..go get it looked at!!
