That footage of the blackburn raves is absolutlely superb.........i kept trying to place them.....i know the signs for goit st were there and im almost sure unit 7 featured too.......some nice footage of live the dream bein set up too!!!!! and some of the old red parrot aka sett end...and convoys down shad road hahaha loooool!!!

a few good spots too my old muckas....alison dancing like a loon...and tommy s and tony creft i thought i spotted there hahahaha......the good old days eh.....awww makes me wanna cry.... and laugh all at the same time

God damn Bowlers was so very, very good.

I am sat here, ready for an early night with my heart thumping out of my chest. I am jumping with excitement at the sight of the smallest things.

Oh my god, there's where I used to dance. Oh my god there's the big entrance to the dancefloor. Even the shape of the seats has me squeeling.

Just watching the blackburn raves now.....god, my heart is pumping, my throat is choked up and tight, eyes slightly watering in what was such a great phenomina. Carefree days, a world literally a million miles away from what it is today, its innocence from future events and society thats now become.

I recognise some of those places, Ive driven past them many a time in my lifetime!... I thought one of them was the TeqNiq building but I may be wrong there...however little did I know what was happening in them all those years ago. Some of them Im sure Ive actaully been in since (now they are business parks etc).

The darkness, the laser lights, strobes, excitement, sticking two up at the coppers and establishment, all so fresh. Oh, where did it all go? .

Shame there wasnt more of the footage, and more actual Blackburnians and Colnians etc giving thier shpeel to the camera in some reet dialect! lol.

Just watchin the Bowler's vid. Looks F*ckin amazing! How gutted am I that I wasn't around at the time raves like that were happenin Actually puts a bit of a downer on all my supposedly 'top' nights after seeing that.
