No worries with that at all, it's the concept of the made-up whiplash claim. If she has got whiplash fair enough, but the whole ambulance chasing blame culture we're importing from the US where everyone wants compensation for the slightest thing is costing us all. And if it's made up then to my mind it's out of order.

The problem is in breaking the cycle. "If everyone does it, why shouldn't she/you/I? One claim won't make a difference. " Cumulatively though we all end up paying over the odds for insurance.....

always remember insurance companies put prices up to maximise there profits not as they like to give out it's the publics fault because they all claim for whiplash. a couple of muppets from wigan or wherever putting a few grand claimes in for whiplash won't really make a dint in sun alliance 100 million profits a year will it. don't blame us. blame fat cat snotty bstard at the top end who's sat in his fcking yacht in the bahamas with two 19 year old birds and a big bag of ching having a good moan because neil of wigan has dinted his profits.

There are some proper shady little bstrds out there.A year ago or so I was driving in and around manchester,came to a t-junction,I`m turning right, looked right nothing,looked left and there were three lads in a fiesta xr2,as he approaches the road I`m turnin out of he flashed his lights and waved me out,so I put my foot down and just as I set of he flicks his indicator on and accelerated to get in front of me,luckily I had my witts about me hoiked my car over to the left and narrowly missed stoving my car into the side of his.When I turned round to look at him he`d shot off down the road little bstrd was tryin to trick me into smashin his car up As if the roads are`nt bad enough anyway without people deliberately tryin to screw you and ya insurance...

Yess minxy you can deffo claim m8, just cos you dont have the reg dont mean sweet FA get it reported to the Police & get crime ref number and ya in buisness m8. But you do need to be quick reporting in to rozers, you should do that anyway becuse your insurance wont coff up other wise, and may even hit ya no claims, but if a hit and run in the rear then they shoud pay up and keep ya no claims to boot and dont forget how much ya kneck hurts and how afraird you are to get in car now, and your son just screams when ever you try and take him in the car now.

a land rover seems to deter peeps

ive seen volvos wrote off after snotting a landi
(which is one of the hardest cars to crush)
ive even seen a land rover that survived a impact with a hgv

only thing ive ever seen kill a land rover is a deer lol but the kill anything they hit

bad luck on being hit btw fet a claim in lol
