Tonight im going into work and im gonna find out weather i have a job.

The gaffer has known for a while who is being made redundant but hasnt let on (shithead isnt he )

so what i need from y`all is some fooling top tricks to fuck my firm over with if i get laid off

I dont mind my job it quite straight forward and could understand if i had a bad record but i think it is just a kop out so they dont have to pay our crimbo wages

so any ideas of sabotage/revenge are highly appreciated

in a plastics moulding factory.

its noisy and theres loads of dear tools and moulds knocking about
(some are worth around 125 grand each )

i get left to my own devices too which is all the better silly arnt they

big fook off machines , so plenty of hiding space

im drawing a blank as to what to do but i have come up with some but they are pretty extreme

and we dont want that now do we.

p.s whats the crack with hazy at nye is it a ticket or what??(my holiday has gone tits up for nye so me an stee are on about coming down for a mad un )

Breaking mold tools is quite difficult if they are hardened tool steel, lol. Chuck some platicene down the runners and risers on the tools or summink, for a bit of disruption, I dunno. lol.

needs to be something sly, that may even take weeks to suss out, an old makrel piece in the back of a drawer? I dunno, Im shit at revenge, I dont really go in for that sort of thing .

Im a toolmaker and design engineer, lol. Dont really do mold tools though, but I do know they are bloody expensive cos the tools we make take a lot of design, detailing, manufacture, CNC programming, polishing, testing etc etc, lol. ouch.

Dont do anything irreversable fella , but maybe Im too late. It may not do anything anyway. Heres hoping youve been kept on.

theyve only gone and delayed the announcement untill monday by askin shite questions that not even a simpleton would ask

The unions has asked for them to consider voluntery redundancies instead of compulsory redundancies.
WTF??? the answer they will get of the company is "why do that and waste a good few grand payout on some body whos been here 30 years, when we can get rid of a load of temps and it wont cost us jack, and we are well within our rights too"

the thing is iv been with this company 12 months and one week,i havent signed a contract yet so i dont know if i am a permanent employee yet??
because by law iv been told that after 12 months employment with a company they HAVE to make you permanent.
