hey Northern, I too have that guilty feeling but look at it this way, you are in agony and you wouldnt get any thanks for playing the hero and going into work.... so you are better off at home..... hope the pain killers have kicked in....

they have a little bit but knocked me a bit sick tbh.......not the best with ibuprofen never mind 400 mg ones.......rippin me stomach to bits i think....

in a dilema now whether to risk goin in tomoz.... just dont wanna agrivate it and make it worse which i did last time and ended up bein off fer a week an half

Im off back in tomorrow, have an Oseto appt at 5.30pm, couldnt wait until Friday, I was off 3 weeks with it last time... I know with backs they say it is best to keep moving but not sure about trapped nerves.... I would go to the doccys or Osteo and see if they can help you out...... Ive got a Champ Show on the 14th and hope I am better by then or I will be really pissed off.

no babes still off today...i will go back tomoz if it eases a little...i think it has a bit today...but goin the docs tomoz eve to see if i can get refered for sum physio or summat to help prevent it happening again!
