i cant get out of my pit....

.......in the morning for work........

i set my clock for 7am or 7.30 am but just cant do it....i have all the good intentions in the world but jut cannot do it.....i am now with the problem of making up shit loads of hours in a small space of time and is becoming a problem

i have two clocks.....and get a wake up call from time to time but none of which work....... i kinda blank the noise out in my head and end up thinking i am dreaming about the clocks going off or the music being played...... lol......they can go off for well over an hour or so b4 i even realise that they are going off......

any tips for getting outta my pit greatly received......

and yes...i have tried putting my clock at the other end of the room.....i can happily get up switch it off(in a half confused state) and get back into bed...or just ignore it completely!

Rub some essence of rose oil under your chin every night before going to bed and make sure you go to bed 8 hours before the time you want to get up

I'm exactly the same...

My alarm is set fer 7 am n without fail I switch it off no matter how far from the bed it is then go back to bed n fall asleep again... all under auto-pilot

Then wake up @ 8 in a blind panic n have to get a taxi to work (again)

Why am I so crap @ getting up ?

Its a topper than top feeling tho innit when u wake up and feel all cumfy cosy.....just the bloody having to get up is a killer...i can only ever do it when i have to.........bein on flexi time dont help the situ at all

its my fave place to be is my bo bo's i jus love it!

aaaah yeah... flexi time our core hours are 10 to 4 so needless to say I struggle to get in by 9.45 every morning

my fave moment of the week is saturday morning when I wake up like a dormouse all curled up in me duvet n I realise its the w/e n just lie there dozing n going mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm saturday fer a bit
