yeh i stuck it out all this time but i have been moving about quite a lot within government agencies so have an awful lot of experience under me belt including Human resorces, security, data protection, etc.......jack of all trades and master of none thats me......but i could quite easily turn me hand to anything i think given a chance.......

thats for all the support guys much appreciated!
