Omfg !

Been bullied into doing the Great South Run in October Just come back from a couple o mile jog around our site @ work & me legs are killin....

Who said that exercise is good for you ?

My training suggestions of doing nowt until the morning of the race, hungover & just trying mind over matter didnt go down to well with me race partner... therefore this week matthew I will be mostly running & puffing & aching....

Pain.....

shit mate thats harsh, I reckon it might be a good idea for me to start doing something of a fitness nature, i need some motivation though

Right I was just thinkin the same - I am gonna go for a jog tomoz in theory. I want to start gettin fit again. Dunno if i could last a marathon like. I reckon if we put a post up about it on here it will make us do it rather than just think it. The Dannster / Shooms / Cam fitness regime

Day 1 - Dannster didnt go for a run coz he's a lazy tw@
Day 2 - Dannster Ran to the chippy before it shut

I need to get back to the gym badly. Not been for 9 months now!!
You should see my gym diary....

Monday - Do 2 hours at the 'Gym'....
Tuesday - Do mondays workout as I couldn't be arsed....
Wednesday - Do Monday's and tuesdays workout on top of todays....
Thursday - Its got out of hand... too many days to catch up on....
Friday - Lost interest completely....
Saturday - Still in bed....
Sunday - Fack it...

I went and cancelled my gym membership today, £20 a month and haven't been for months. I will miss that steamroom and jacuzzi though.

eek a half marathon I've never been able to run far, even at school anything over 200m and I get a stitch and have to stop. dunno what all that was about.

13 miles, that's scary..

thinking about it is a start fella lol,

I get tired just imagining doing any form of exercise, however saying that I know im going to have to build my self up again to get fit.

Thinking about it I might just get some sted's go the gym 4 times a week and start up Taekwondow again and get back in a few fights
