Kids now adays ?

Right when I was a kid I used to go to bed early and thought stopping up watching coronation street which I hated was great cause I was allowed to stay up a bit later and that was 7.30pm

Why do kids no adays at the age of 7 - 10 stay up till about 9.00pm 10.00pm and so on ?

i was thinkin somethin on the same line .aint it mad how things have changed since you were younger. attitudes have changed good style ,i dont think its for the good either lolol. kids now get more leway with things, later bedtimes ,better toys an less respect for da elders pmsl

Tis all down to the parents at the end o the day...god help my kids when i decide to have um.....they will get away wi nowt but i will b reasonable...lol

and if they dont show others respect they will get none from me.......and a reet good bollockin a tell ya!

if i was i would get a slap ...never worked...but tell me i wasnt going to get any privilages ie pocket money or my m8s to play in the house then i would jump though hoops to be good.....didnt do me any harm.......x

Well when im with connor and he does something wrong I wont think twice about giving him a clout like.

Now I'll not hit him willy nilly, and usually will warn him first and if he persists then he gets a smack and usually a good hard shout put shit in his pants but sometimes he's a right pain so I show him what pain is lol

then I feel guilty for hurting him..................

Saying that, now that I see little of him, I dont hit him now cause im so glad to see him when I do, he just cant do any wrong in my eyes lol

angry wasnt in it....but thats cus of all loadsa shite that went on.....lolng storey....me granny had it sussed tho.....no pocket money.....no friends allowed in.....not allowed out....worked a treat i tell ya! now i make up fer it......do everything fer me nana...shes the best thing in the world and dont know where i would be wi out her......

nagh rattleing the little git when he's naught works a treat for me, you have to judge the hit just right on bare legsl too hard and you break the leg, to lightly and you cant see your finger prints in the mark on the leg..........



you just have to get it perfect

I'm sure there were moments in everybodys childhood when you really hated your parents for not letting you do stuff, or not buying you a new toy just coz your best mate had one, I know I had moments like that. I remember the odd occasion where I got smacked too - not in the face lol, but a smack on the arse never did me any harm. Tell you what, it made me think twice about doing what I did to deserve it again! But now I'm all grown up I can happily sit back and give a big to my mum and dad. I'm well happy with how they've brought me up, and I'm gonna try my best to treat my kids the same.

he he...me grandad once left a fek off big hand print on me face.......he used to be a boxer and each o his fingers is about three time the size o mine.........me dad went nuts and they ended up chasin him round the kitchen table in order to do the same to him.......lol.....was really funny.....
