Whats your weekly food menu?

Describe your typical teatime meals!...........I know, boring, but hey, we can all take a bit of variety . Healthier the better.

Eg....Mine, an unhealthy pizza (with fake cheese that looks like a melted orange bin bag) and oven chips on a monday with perhaps a jacket potato n cheese slice with a pork chop n carrots on a tuesday or whatever......

Im thinking of going to a more pasta based diet, less processed meats and more green vegetables - only I hate brocolli, sprouts etc and not being an officionardo of vegetables in general, I dunno what to look for or what goes with what?

Consider it an OSA recipe book lol.

Any recommendation glady recieved Or are your diets as poor as mine .

Cheerio

to be honest i have got a really bad diet, but i mean really really bad

the healthiest i eat is fish (frozen ) and new potatoes with peas
i love jacket potatoes with tuna.........
or pasta but i always use sauce out of a bottle which probably isn't that good but it's really nice
we don't really have a set menu in our house it depends on what every body else wants....... hot dog sausages if my son had his own way
i'm happy with soup or beans on toast, so there you go...not the best diet in the world but i survive on it!!

[slightly off topic, and all about me me me and a pal...]

I'm doing alreet at the minute, and have lost 1/2 stone

It's gradual, which I've heard is the best way, unlike a pal who went on a pills diet, which basically gave him the shits - I told him, just cut out the middle man, pour your dinner straight down the toilet, and save yourself £80 for a 2 month course of "special diet pills"

He did lose almost 3 stone in a month, but has since put it back on, and more

[back on topic]

Anyway for tea last night, I had a cheese & broccoli pasta bake as I was in a hurry and spied that in the freezer.

I'll eat more or less anything, or I'll try it.

Im not keen on vegi stuff I think its a poor substitute for the real thing and soya stuff a complete waist of time, I remember trying to cook soya burgers on a barbi once they break and fall through, so I just gave the vegis propper burgers and never told them, they couldnt tell the difference so there was no problem.

I also find that eating things that are bad for you taste better then healthier things and because of this my heart has a lot of calories to deal with.

Im fair lucky in the fact that I can eat fatty food and eat loads of shit but I dont put on weight, I think I'm going to have a bad heart when im about 50ish maybe sooner cause I dont exercise anymore, at least when I took drugs I went on mad walks or danced all through the night, now I sit on my arse all the time and getting up to grab the remote control off the mantle peice seems like a chore.

Im a right lazy bastard. and my diet reflects that type of life.

However saying that, I do like baked patato with tuna mayo and sliced tomato

Been spiked with LSD many a time hun, and tbh I dont agree with vegies at all, were meat eaters by nature, we were given meat eater teeth for a reason and it wernt to much on carrots or lettuce, thats more for the odd couple like esther ranson or cilla black, but the human body requires meat to function to its full capacity, and I dont care what anyone says, you cant get all the protiens and shit from a good chuck of steak that you can from a few leaves and some pills

Sorry to all veggies its just my opinion

we are all entitled to our opinion hun...no need to appologise...but to be forced meat when you choose not to take it...tut..tut....

i eat meat but not lamb.....but do like veggie stuff too....best o both worlds....i think if sum1 slipped me a bit o lamb without me knowing and i found out about it....revenge would be on the cards and resistance futile......lol.....
