How long are they meant to last, you know tip top charging for?

I've had a Nokia 8310 for about 2 years now, and over the last coupla months it seems to only last a day or two, where it used to last about 4-5 days I'm sure

Does anyone know where I can get a cheap *brand new* replacement from?

I dont buy mobiles a lot cause I always lose them when im on the piss.

But I remember I had a few old mobiles and the battries lasted for ages but these new ones with the vibrating bloody battry last about 2 minutes

Whats that all about ?

wouldn't know were to get a new battery from but it does sound like it's knackered, my 8310 is the same now, i've had it for about 18 months and i used to charge it once every week now i charge it every 3-4 days so i rekkon i'll be needin a new battery soon too... i'd get a new phone but i like this one too much

if its a lithium ion battery should have a very good life buit it still has a limited life span
they dont suffer memory effects liek teh old nickel cadmium baterys but after a certain amount of charges they start to loose power
if ya on a contract u should upgrade n get a new un

I don't fancy changing phones as I like it.

It's got the vibrating feature (I presume this is for the ladies like) I've switched it off, as heard horror stories about people losing their phones in a glass of orange when it's gone off and slipped off the table into a drink

I was on a contract with it, and when that ended (bout a year ago) I went on pay as you talk or whatever it's called as I was being ripped off with the contract pricing.

I'll have a mooch on eBay, that's usually good for bits and bobs like this..

Thing is, I don't use it much, so no point in contacting it, I stick on £15 worth of top ups every 2 months or so

thru my m8s landline on me adsl and hes on his mac with 56 k so fones allways engaged
