Anyone else had this 'known' fault lately?

You suddenly start losing all subscribed channels, they just drop off, and it says "you aren't subscribed to this channel, please call custard services" etc

Anyway, yesterday I phones up and get through pretty quick which I was amazed at, and the girl said "yeah it's a known fault" which seemed odd, as it only affected 1 of 3 boxes I have in the house, it's the box that is internet enabled...

So, she resets it from her end, and after it reboots twice, all channels are back

This morning, they've ALL gone again, I've only got 1-5 there now lol

After her saying as well "that's it now, your channels will stay on" - yeah for how long?

Have I got to keep ringing the buggers each day?!
