Too hot to sleep

I've had approx 2 hours sleep last night, as it's just too damn hot, and they say it'll be hotter still, today.

I've got the window open, and 3 fans on in the room. I went downstairs to get a drink and it's lovely and cool down there, came back upstairs and as soon as I got to the top of the stairs the heat hit me

I think as it's nice and cool downstairs, I'm gonna have a move around the living room taking out 1 sofa and just leaving a futon in there, and I'll sleep down there when it's hot, seems like it'll be the only way I'll get a decent sleep in the heat.

Anyone elses house roasting upstairs to the point you can't sleep either?

don't take a rocket scientist 2 work out hot air rises so when it's the weathers warm it's always hot upstairs & cooler downstairs, so unless ur unlucky enouff 2 have an upstairs flat, sleepin downstairs is the goat forward

It’s great when the weather starts getting worm but then the thought of going to bed is a different story, because you know you’re not going to get a good nights sleep. The thing is when you do finally get to sleep around 4 or 5am the freaking birds start singing how annoying is that

Well, after a quick fiddle in the living room (not a naughty fiddle I might add) got enough room to get the futon opened and had me some lovely kippage, in the coolness that is blue jammer's living room - think I'll be sleeping down there all summer

skippy - air con, you lucky lucky bugger, how much was that, or was it part and parcel when you moved in ?!

a rocket scientist might not have been the 1st 2 discover that hot air rises but I think u'll find that in order 2 become a rocket scientist u have 2 graduate as a scientist 1st & 1 of the experiments that they will have 2 go thor at sum point will have been 2 prove hot air rises

P.S. wot's a hust when it's at home??
