Strange sandwiches ?

Whats the strangest thing youve ever put on a butty ???

Ive just gone the canteen and got a mixed cheese and onion and topped it with that lettace stuff with carrots in mayo, cant remember what its call some salad or other, anyway it tastes pretty good

late at night after a sesh or gettin bladdered i have munched some reet fecked up buttys an toasties. curry and mayo spag bol buttys lol cheese an apricot jam toasties lol mint sauce an mayo with lettice ,cheese an mustard pork an apple pittas are fit .i also stick pies on buttys .
my fave butttys i used to buy were called bin lids an itwas a full english brekky 2 bacon 2 sosage egg beans tommatos cheese black pud an mushrooms on a barm as big as a dinner plate an they were only 2 quid

When I wanted a day off school, I thought I'd make myself sick by making the most horrible sandwich..

I think I put on it, mustard, raspberry jam, cornflakes, chocolate sauce, hundreds and thousands, salt & pepper, sugar and water cress (as I hated the sight of that!)

It didn't make me sick though

I can see that working, as with a lot of meats you have sauces of some kind - Apple with Chicken/Pork and Mint with Lamb...

i have read every one of these posts and i can't make out a fucking thing you're talking about. my good friend Stuck In AAHZ (the other american on this board) spent some time over there so perhaps he could help me out with the definitions of the following:

buttys = sandwich
toasties = toasted sandwich
barm = muffin, bun like what u get burgers on
sarny = sandwich
pie butty = a pie on 2 pieces of bread
red sauce = tomato ketchup
hundreds and thousands = sprinkled toppings for ice cream and icing.. little bright colored (note US spelling ) things
steak and kidney pie = a pie made from steak and kidney...
kidney pudding on a butty with brown sauce.. err steak and kidney pudding is summet we have up north, with a suet crust like a mini pie.... but ate on bread..and brown sauce is like tomato ketchup but sorta fruity flavoured and brown

You need to get yaself down the Deli m8 & put whatever takes ya fancy between 2 bits of bread & heavy on the mayo!Oh yeah & hold the pickles cos they've got no place in a sarny only with Fish & Chips(or Fries as you call 'em)
