If its really overgrown then i wouldn't bother. Will just end up rippin the grass out and cloggin your lawn mower up. Totally depends on the length though. If you got one of them strimmer thingey me bobbys you could cut some of it i spose. I don't know for sure though cause i'm no tommy walsh.

This is like one of those jokes isn't it?

How many forum members does it take to work out when to cut the grass

Don't bother, heh, I'm lazy when it comes to gardening, my garden sorts itself out - no, really - you'd think it'd get overgrown wouldn't you, it doesn't

Aye, Id wait till its dry too. Its more hard work when its wet.

You could use a piar of scissors and attack each blade at a time . lol. Ive seen people do this on tidy lawns - any sign of a weed or something, or one blade growing higher than another its straight out with the scissors to give it a quick trim back . Its bonkers innit.

Cats around your area musnt be as evolutionised as others, most burry it in the soil all nice n tidy, unlike those filthy dogs. I find it amusing how people complain about cats in the Garden, all they can do really is chew the odd leaf to be sick and chase a bit of wildlife if they can be arsed . Dont be so harsh. lol.

Cheerio

Sirius.
