Stopped smoking

Hi peeps,

Packing in smoking on Monday and I'm finding it OK (thanks to nicorette gum). Thing is, I can't sleep a full night without waking, sweating like mad, but freezing

Has anyone else tried or packed in and had the same problem.

Perhaps it doesn't help stopping smoking, stopping weed and stopping caffine in the same day but hey - had to be done.

Anyone??

im a social smoker i only smoke when i go out or have a drink which int very often i didnt find it hard at all

i first give up when i was preggers and just stopped for 9 months then started again when she was born

but now i cant stand the smell ov it its mingin after a few months it will prob make u feel sick

but keep tryin dont giv up on the gum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know wat ya mean. I dont know how anybody can stand the smell to be honest

If I could trust myself to only have a smoke at w/ends, I'd do it. I fear it would lure me back into it.

The gum helps, but its bloody minging though. Going out this weekend so it'll be a test for me (gumn on standby)

Even though I "was" a smoker, I know what you mean retroandy

I gave up propley on New Years Day and i havent had one since! I was never a Hardcore smoker anyway really so for me it wasnt that hard. You do get cold like symptoms at first for a few weeks but that goes. I now cant stand the smell of smoke.

Not too sure about the cold sweats though, perhaps you have given up too much and your bodys in denial!

tell me about the smell every time i walk in my house i can still smell it from weekend all stale its disgustin smells like me sisters house

u should b fine i find it dead easy to stop smokin after a night out just smoke loads on the night that u cant bare to look at 1 the nx day

im giving up too mate, Ive been on the patches and now im on the 7 MG patches there well good I think Im about 3 weeks this time but have had about 5 cigs in that time as well.
