totally forgot what date it were . . then me bro in law rings me at work . tellin me hes seen my dog running loose rounds the street ( as he lives next street on from me ) could have sworn id locked her in this morning but being the fool i am had to make sure cos it'd kill me if i lost me dog ) so set off home just to check . . rings me when im half way there says oh ive got two horses for yas to put on today as well just seen em in the bookies . . ( hes alwasy ringin me with tips etc ) so i said go on then what is they . .

1st one . . MILLIES LOOSE . . ( name of me dog like )
2nd one . . . APRIL FOOL . . .

with that i clicked . DOH !! the tw*t . . id only gone and got half way home un all . . lol

. . p.s did anyone see that in the DAILY MAIL today . the pic of the queen in the bookies putin a bet on the national . . lol heard it was a blag on the radio . just wondered if it turned out to be one . ???

Got stiched up big style.
I had been working in an opticians in Barrow in furness for 2 days, so hadnt been in skipton for a while. Walked into work all knackered (Barrow has that effect on ya!) and Sue rushed out of the back, theres been a problem shee says. Theres been a leaky pipe upstairs and all the roof has falled down in the consultants room. She had mops towels and buckets strewn across the floor. And i thought oh shit ! were testing in 20 mins... cancel clinic, call plumbers etc.
Then she smiled and said it...... Doh
My face was a picture i rekkon
Thought we'd save the buckets for the Optician when she came in and give it another go.. it worked again
