| AOL 9 - Broadband Just did the online upgrade to AOL 9, and am having problems with Windows Media Player. AOl locks up when you click on an mp3 or whatever if you don't already have Media Player running. They've been writing software since about 1989, you'd think they could get it right by now wouldn't you? Any one else have problems with AOL? It can't just be me... |

If you leave it as it is youll get so many responces youll get fed up of reading them. Basically AOL is crap not just crap actually you need a couple of very's in there, its also like a virus, you cant get the bastard off your PC when you want to get rid of it mate. AOL's cust service is also one of the shittest going as well in a survey, cant remember who did it, but seriously youll hear nothing but complaints about AOL ![]() |

Does anyone use AOL who doesn't know that you can connect without using the software? I swear, whatever you've read elswhere, it does work. Unfortunatley for me, I'm the host to a home netork, and connecting this way stops me from sharing the connection. Let me know if you want to get around the software, it's a piece of p*ss |
