I could kill an estate agent

twice in less than 2 weeks I have been fcuked over by estate agents while trying to buy a house. First time I had an offer accepted by the vendor but a couple of days later I got a call saying that someone had put in a higher offer and the vendor was gonna accept that.
Today I got a call of another estate agent saying that even though I was the first person to match the asking price for a house, they were putting someone elses bid first because they were the 1st one's to view the house, even though initially they offered less than me.
It really is infuriating.

estate agents are knobheads mate - but you gotta go through them to get anywhere!!!

the only advice i can give is don't bother using them for mortgages - you can get all u need to know from the net!! the bullshit they give u about having better offers is bollox!!!!
