where's the best chippy

I would have to go for the one on bury old road in prestwich, proper top fish and chips or wongs on Great Cheetem St in Higher Broughton is not bad. If anyone has got any other decent chippies then let us know as quality chippy's are sadly on the decline

Blackpool Has the best chippy's by far!
Its one of the things the place is known for along with kiss me quick hats and candy floss. You will see come March or whenever the Blackpool weekender is.......

The Wright Place on Preston Road, Preston is great- and really cheap too. Its your old skool chippy indeed, the women in there wear funny tabbard things and they sell odd bits and pieces on the back wall such as asprin and uncle joes mint balls

You can get chips large sasuage and gravy (with or without mushrooms mind!) for £1.50, and barmcakes are only 20p.

Nah i think its as they cater for the 'working class, digging holes in roads getting pissed every night in local social club' kinda customer- who always have a hangover so require a few tabs whilst eating thier pie special

A barmcake ya southern arse is a bread roll, and 20p is quite cheap, as the go for about 35p normally, but i have a mate who can get then 'underground' like for 15p, but you have to order a batch, and give plenty of notice too:p

the best chippy in warrington is called Mike and Martha's been going there for years and when i do go to others there pale in comparison!!!
