Im going to swim across the tide of ill feeling about our Michael. I dunno what he is supposed to have done yet cos I aint seen it, but if its as 'shocking' as last time (which wasnt that shocking really) then I aint to bothered personally. Ofcourse if he has been provenly involved in any sort of sexual activities then its a different story.

I really wish the media would leave him alone, the way he looks is down to a combination of his fathers mental bullying, cruel public hype, scrutiny and media 'sensationalism' which will only propell his somewhat eccentric behavior even more.

I really feel for the guy, I genuinely think he's a nice guy, and is good at heart in all he does. Ofcourse my view of him would be bit different if any allegations were proven true, but the fact is, I was on his side on that god awful Martin Bashir program - where Martin was dispicable and a discrace. Micheal came out better in my book than Martin did, infact I can no longer stand to watch the snide b@stard present anything anymore.
I also think that MJ can be easily taken advantage of by unscrupilous poeple due to his lack of awareness of how life is outside his own private sphere.

Im no devout MJ fan, but I do appreciate his skills and talents as a musician, songwriter and pioneer of music in the 80's and early 90's, and has unarguably made some of the best and funkiest 'pop' records in history.

Well, we will have to see what happens this time. But I for one aint gonna pre judge him on it. I just hope nothing has happened for the childs sake more than anything, providing there is any substance to the story ofcourse.

Money can buy your freedom basically! Especially in the good old USA. Wacko has been as guilty as hell for a long long time and just paid off families of the abused, employees, lawyers, etc etc for years.

In the Martin Bashir interview he admitted to 'sleeping in the same bed with 12/13 years olds' and said there was nothing wrong with that!? Er, ok Wacko! whatever you reckon!

If it happened then it is terrible, and yes money can buy you freedom in some cases but i dont think there was any real evidence here. I am not too clued up of the American Judicial system so i shouldnt really comment- but i would think that even if the person making the alligations withdrew- the police would still have a moral responsibility to pursue the allegations.

And to say there is no smoke without fire is silly- what happened to innocent until proven guilty?

Sleeping in the same bed as teenages is indeed bizarre, but we do not know his mental state-or in which context the invitation was made, it could have been innocent- if indeed naive.

I think he has issues that need resolving in private- yet his status cannot allow that, i just think he is a bit messed up really from the pressure of his youth.

But as i said i dont watch tv so it makes no difference to me if its been pulled- just hope it hasnt happened full stop.

Yes I accept he was taken advantage of by Martin Bashir, i'm not sure whether he is a nice guy cos I dont know him.

But all I can say is how many houses do the FBI raid at random for sexual offences on a child!!! and not for the first time as well!

All I have seen is the headlines, and its probably me been disgusted at the thought of it at as father. But the guy is unstable and to me it just stinks! I think if he is guilty he deserves everything he gets!

Why did he pay the parents of Jordy Chandler $7M a fair few years ago then when the first allegations were made to avoid a civil trial?

Why has there been persistent rumour and press coverage of his alleged behaviour?

I agree, thats the role of the Police/CPS in the UK & the FBI/DA in the US, with the case then being put before 12 'reasonable men and women of the jury' to reach a decision on his innocence/guilt. I would let the rule of law prevail certainly, my point is that these allegations simply won't go away and in my opinion there is a reason for this - because too many people know the truth, the stories are there, the abused children, the pay offs etc etc.

I could take a good punt as to his mental state!? Would you be happy as a parent of a 12 year old to have them sharing a bed with Michael Jackson? or indeed any 40 year old bloke where there has been speculation in the past as to his sexual preferences? Naive! for one of the biggest stars on the planet to do this and then admit it to a TV reporter? bit of an understatement me thinks.

Why should they be resolved in private? If you to choose to lead your life in the public eye - then you pay the price for that. That is the trade off. Its 'News' (not saying I agree or disagree with that btw - just debating), and as such its in the public domain and will be reported on. If people choose 'celebrity' and court press coverage and media attention then the flip side of that is - when things go wrong - they are open to the same press coverage and media attention.

Time will tell eh? the main point of previous comment was that these rumours just don't want to go away and IMO I think its because there is some kind of story here and probaly some level of guilt - although until he is prosecuted for it and the evidence comes out, it is in fact all hearsay and press speculation. And I agree...my verdict is one based on news coverage and the previous events of the last 5 odd years.

i dont giv a flying shit who he is, how much money he has, wot he looks like, wot music he made, how fuked up he is coz of his own childhood trauma or how nieve he may be.....

there comes a point as an adult that we all have to take full responcibility for our actions, behaviour and how we affect the lives others.. regardless of the shitty deal we were dealt as kids ourselves.

this whole thing with mj is too constant for my liking.. and wot really pisses me off, is that every day throughout this world children are being abused, and their abusers are passing through the judicial system totally unscathed or even worse not even reported in the first place..

also i think the parents of these children that spend the night at his house need a good slap too.
i mean they know wot he's all about...it's on the news and in the papers and surely these parents know wots going on.
theres no way i would let my son anywere near some1 like that wether it's true or not it's not worth the risk.
