just got my 'Build your own PC' assignment from Uni...check this..

Ive just been given my 'build your own PC' assignment...

1. make up the spec for a budget system PC...the absolute rock bottom you can go in £££ , this includes hardware but only a printer and scanner (obviously cd drives are included)

but this is the one>>>>

2. make a top end spec PC - MONEY IS NO OBJECT. put whatever you want into it. the best hardware you can find, mobo, CPU...the fooking lot! w00p (it also has to include P&P from suppliers.)

i asked the tutor and he said the most expensive theyve come across was £24,000 hehehehhehehehe the dream machine.

so....what would be your dream machine (and no i aint gonna use it for my assignment lmfao - that would be cheating!!! lol )

go for it...imagine - MONEY NO OBJECT.

I do something similar everyday, but it's called:

Trash your own PC

Today I have had to:

(1) Re-install FrontPage
(2) Do a surface scan after (1) above f*cked the hard disk up (honest)
(3) Re-install just about everything

Oh, how I'm looking forward to tomorrow's events. What will it be that gets f*cked up?

e-mail?

Internet access?

Hmm I dont want to freak people out with tech talk but my dream machine would be an SGI Origin 3900 with SGI NUMAflex Architecture, of course that would cost waaaayyyyyy more than 24K infact it would cost more than I will ever earn in my whole lifetime, but we have to have dreams dont we
