always been posts in the id section asking for 'zone classics' to be id-ed. What's the score with this zone place can someone please elaborate?

The Zone is a club in Blackpool that first opened in 91 - In fact I've got what I think is the original first flyer. That's about the only time I went myself - to be honest there was some pretty strong competition from other clubs in Blackpool then, most notably Hacketts. It came into it's own when some of the other clubs died a death but the Zone managed to keep the distance.
The Zone was important for keeping the Italian sound alive. Labels like Italian Style, X-Energy that were no longer the main stay of the Northern clubs were / and still are as popular as ever in the Zone.

Zone is a Promotion company that puts on dance nights, and has done since 91.
They are currently putting on nights @ Maximes in Wigan on the 1st week of the month , and jointly with Hypnotic on the 2nd and 3rd week.
They also put nights on with Hypnotic at :-
Club One Eleven in Blackpool = Fri 8th Nov
North in Manchester =Fri 29th Nov
La Mania in Halifax = Re-launch 5th Dec
