Anyone else have probs with eBayers?

I won this auction:

As you can see, it ended on Monday, and the seller states they'll contact the buyer with payment details immediately.

They haven't.

I've left 2 answerphone messages, and sent 3 emails.

Still no reply.

The other times I phone, it's engaged.

I'm getting a bit of fekking 'deja vu' here. I had similar probs with another eBayer a couple of months ago - never returned my emails to tell me his contact details. In the end I gave up, and posted a NEUTRAL comment. The fekker responded by posting a NEGATIVE comment which I'm either stuck with, or I pay eBay's 'Arbitration Service' 20 fekking dollars to remove.

The (previous) auction ended on 20 May and the c*nt didn't send me my item until 15 JULY, and posted negative feedback.

What I can't understand is that both these eBayers have excellent ratings, no negatives at all and hundreds of positives.

WTF?

I never had a problem really & this guy looks genuine..ignore me if this is a bit patronising but you haven't done what i once did have you...reply to the emails sent you by ebay and not to the seller..

I sat there waiting for this guy to reply when i'd not actually sent him an email..just auto replied to the e-bay generated one..

otherwise i'd chill for another day or two, chances are they'll get in touch

I had trouble with 1 guy...mailed me after 2 weeks,saying his e-mail had probs...told him I still wanted it...never heard from him again...left a negative a lil while back...havent looked for a responce yet..cat see why its a bother having negative feedback as a buyer...money talks..as long as u pay,cant see them caring,i'm dodgy about dealing with individuals on there for these reasons...

NOW...on a musical note,Red,theres a track on that purchase, Quazar - Red Alert,I'd love a rip of this,if at all possible?? been looking for a certain track that I think may be named that for sometime,let me know,cheers.

its a nightmare dealing with some "lazy" ebayers when they take weeks to send some stuff off or they just don't reply and when u leave the negative feedback it turns out its all your fault..LOL

remember ebay is all about trust so theres alot of dodgy schemes goin on there.
