ive got a DVD that was copied from a video and is 2hrs 30min long
basically i want to copy (rip) 25min of this to post on t'internet
the DVD contains 5 .VOB files, 2 .IFO files & 2 .BUP files
i can play the DVD in windows media player & power DVD

whats the best/easiest way of doing this?
bear in mind

You could use a programme called AutoGK (Auto Gordian Knot) to convert the DVD to a .avi file, then find another programme to trim the avi file - you could use Windows Movie Maker for this, in the accessories menu
