Unhappy can't get osa or tuneID anymore

For the last 3 days i have been unable to get OSA or TuneId up - every other site on the internet is fine?
My isp is with virgin so i thought it might be them but as i am typing this on a mates computer who is also with virgin it can't be.
I also thought that it might be my computer at fault but my laptop(going from a wireless router connected to my pc) is also having this problem?
It's like my isp has been banned from connecting to these sites or something lol

Any help appreciated - will come back on here tomorrow to check - Thanks
