How do I upload a mix ?

Am pretty new here dudes..lovin the tunes so thought I'd get a mix together, thing is I have no idea how to upload it

I have gold membership if that helps

how to use your 500meg space and it tells you how to upload a mix .
if that helps mate its fool proof
