ie crashing

right, i know what you are gonna say to this (most of you) get a different browser, but just wanted to ask this anyway..

does anyone else have trouble with ie crashing after you've copied and pasted text into a post on the board, hit submit and it crashes, closing the page, and any other subsequent pages of anthemz.com you might have open ?

got sp2 and all patches are upto date, but it is a bit niggly as it only seems to do it when you cut/paste text into your posts, like weblinks etc

happened to me t'other day that Jammer man, was replying to a post, hit the button and poop. i.e closed opened osa back up and it had posted my reply anyway only happened to me the once, not too fussed about it realy, and yeah, you could try different browsers but they all have their clitches in one form or another so just stick to what you prefer mate, its better then firefox crashing and deleting all you bookmarks with it

I have this prob all the time posting to the board including pms.

Before I post anything, I always copy content to the clipboard.

If it's particulalry big, I'll edit in notepad and then paste across.

I've always considered it an issue with the board code ( ) soz Butty et al, as it happens in both IE6 and Mozilla.

I think there is an errant 'user time-out' or 'user idle' piece of code somewhere that doesn't always kick in with the sign on screen, but just crashes out.

Does this only happen on one pc as well, or at another location too - I get the same issues on work (IE6) and at home (IE6 and Moz).
