Samsung E800 Software

Just got one of these phones today and wondered if anyone knows wats the best software to use for it to load pics and sounds on. Also to copy all contacts etc.

I also have a nokia 7610 so all my data is stored using pc suite and i could do with some kind of impport function lol.

He he i need to stop being a lazy get mate. I couldny be bothered looking but found something on the samsung website.
