help me.... (acid pro users)

right..for sum reason ive forgot how to do it...i have plugged my tape deck into the pc...and i know the sound is there as its coming out of the head phones..i want to record the mix in acid pro coz i wanna put it on cd....and i forgot how to record it.......help me!!

ive got a mix i might post aswell...any hosts please???
